Facility Use and Schooling Fees

Fees

WNAAA is an open facility--riders are welcome to bring their own trainer in for lessons and schoolings.  With the exception of poor weather and the 30 days prior to each USEA/USEF recognized event, the rings and cross country course are open 7 days a week.  We do request that all riders/trainers call a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure the footing is good and someone will be on site.  If you plan to school the water complexes, you MUST call in advance to ensure they're drained to an acceptable level.

Waivers:  WNAAA requires that all riders sign a waiver/release form EACH time they use the facility (including yearly pass holders and Pony Club members).  For your convenience, there are two mailboxes with waivers, pens, and envelopes on site--one is located next to the black information board along the driveway, and the other is next to the gate leading onto the cross country course.  You can also print a form here and bring it with you.

Supervision:  All riders MUST have supervision while jumping on WNAAA property (adults are welcome to ride in pairs; children under 18 must have an adult present).  All trainers giving lessons/schoolings on WNAAA property MUST have appropriate professional liability insurance.

Parking:  Vehicles are no longer allowed to park on the cross country course or the in-field area.  WNAAA requests that all trucks/trailers park in the day parking area.  Passenger vehicles are welcome to park along the driveway near day parking or on the side of the road next to the cross country course.  If you choose to drive down to the boarder barn area to use the wash stalls, please DO NOT drive on the horse path between the two ponds (continue down the driveway keeping the trailers on your right).  Please also refrain from driving through the owners' private drive-the dogs have the right of way (horses and pedestrians are welcome to walk through).

Water:  The closest water spigot to the day parking area is located on the back side of the show office/concession stand building.
